Artwork and frame information ...

All artworks are mounted on 400gsm card stock and framed in modern style frames unless otherwise arranged. MDF and solid timber framing options available with most artworks. Provisions for wall hanging and shelf display are included where possible.

Thin lightweight mdf frames with plastic protection
• frame profile: width = 2.5 cm; depth = 0.9 cm
• square (artwork: 14 cm wide x 14 cm high) - white only
• small rectangle (artwork: 13 cm wide x 18 cm high) - white (black and red limited availability)

Thick box-style mdf frame with glass protection
• frame profile: width = 1.7 cm; depth = 3.5 cm
• long (artwork: 50 cm wide x 23 cm high) - silver (metal covered)

Thick box-style solid timber frame with glass protection
• frame profile: width = 1.7 cm; depth = 3.5 cm
• long (artwork: 50 cm wide x 23 cm high) - birch (pale timber)

Corban and Blair carbon neutral solid timber "slim box" frames with glass protection
• frame profile: width = 1.8 cm; depth = 3.0 cm

Payment ...

Purchases via this website or the etsy and madeit websites can easily be made through Paypal. Australian customers can also pay by direct deposit or pay cash upon pick-up (please contact us directly for these methods - pick-up location is Earlwood, NSW). For international customers, payment is only available via Paypal.

Payment is required for custom orders upfront. Construction will not begin until full payment for the item has been received.

Postage, insurance and pick-up ...

In most cases, regular postage will be calculated at the rate charged by Australia Post based on the weight of the package (please contact us directly if you require a quote for International shipping).

All items will be packaged accordingly to minimise damage during shipping. Items will be shipped within 1-2 business days after receiving full payment. Please allow an additional 3-5 days for shipping time for items posted within Australia. Notification for custom orders will be given once item has been constructed. Items shipped internationally may take up to 2 weeks. Please contact us for a more accurate estimation of delivery time.

Additional insurance/registration is recommended for purchases over $50, or if purchasing artworks. Please request this when completing your purchase.

Pick-up of artworks and tutus is available for Sydney-based customers (all custom orders must be pre-paid). Pick-up location: Earlwood, NSW.
